1.The Owner of the bitch agrees to the following:
The bitch must have a current brucellosis test, eyes cleared by a canine opthamologist (within one year), and hips x-rayed and an OFA number with a rating of “good” or better. The owner will provide copies of the above to the stud owner.
Owner to provide stud owner with a picture of the bitch and a copy of her pedigree
Owner to notify the stud owner within 48 hours after whelping or within one week of due date if no litter is whelped.
Puppies from this breeding will not be sold to a commercial dog center, or to anyone intending to breed for commercial resale.
Owner will supply the stud owner with accurate and current names and addresses of all puppy buyers.
Owner agrees to notify the stud owner of any puppies from this breeding that complete working, conformation, obedience, tracking or agility titles.
In Return, the Stud Owner Agrees to:
Provide a complete pedigree, photographs, Hip and Eye Certificate.
Keep the bitch confined and assured that she is not mated with any other dog.
Sign registration papers upon fulfillment of above agreement.
The stud fee for Rhythm is $800 payable at time of breeding. This fee is subject to change at any time prior to the signing of this contract. There will be an additional $ 45 charge for a round trip to the MCI Airport to pick up a bitch being shipped in. Board at $10 per day will be charged for a bitch staying more than 8 days. The bitch will be kept in a safe environment. If veterinary services are required while the bitch is staying at Cuttingacres Aussies, the bitch owner will reimburse Cuttingacres Aussies for any and all expenses.
Two (2) live, saleable puppies constitute a litter. The Stud Owner reserves the right to offer a repeat breeding. If no puppies or only one puppy are produced, then the bitch may be returned for a repeat breeding within 12 months.
Contract should be signed, dated and returned along with the stud fee to reserve a breeding.
